Its advantages include better product protection, cost-effectiveness, high-barrier films, and advanced printing for attractive packaging.
Telecom cables can be installed underwater, overhead, or underground, usually in polyethylene ducts (25mm–100mm). Microduct technology, now widely used, enables fiber cables with up to 96 fibers to be installed in ducts as small as 8mm. These microducts can be jetted over long distances, improving efficiency in 3G & 4G data communication.
