Kabra Extrusiontechnik in association with DRTS, successfully demonstrated 60mm LLDPE Drip Irrigation tube extrusion line on 9^th February 2010 at company’s state of the art Daman Factory. 

Many leading plastics pipe processors witnessed this hi-tech machine demonstration and were satisfied with the overall performance in terms of output, drip inserting capacity, line speed and the quality of end product. The plant gives output of upto 250 kgs/hr., with drip inserting capacity of upto 300 drippers/min. and the line speed of upto 80 mtrs/min.

The participants appreciated the overall performance of specially designed extruders, state of the  art Vacuum Calibrator Servo driven Haul-off and Dual Coiler with unmatched features.

The first such plant has been supplied, commissioned & installed at M/s Bothara Agro Equipments Pvt. Ltd., Ahmednagar, who is a well established manufacturer of all types of pipes and fittings. All the extrusion machinery installed at Bothara Group so far, to manufacture all types of pipes (PVC, HDPE, PE, LLDPE) have been supplied by Kabra Extrusiontechnik Ltd.
